About the platform
What is Wdhoh?
A Saudi cloud platform for physiotherapy, rehabilitation and speech-therapy centres: clients, scheduling and packages, e-invoicing, HR and WhatsApp integration — with NPHIES coming soon.
What kind of centre is it for?
Centres that work in sessions and packages: physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and behavioural therapy — one branch or several.
Is there anything to install?
No. It runs in the browser on computers, phones and tablets, with updates arriving automatically.
Is it in Arabic?
Yes — fully Arabic, with English, switched in one click.
Insurance and NPHIES
Is Wdhoh connected to NPHIES?
Coming soon. It is built into Wdhoh — eligibility, prior authorisation, claims and payment — and opens to centres once its NPHIES accreditation is complete, then is switched on per centre after the facility is registered.
Does it block sessions without cover?
Yes. Attendance is not recorded against insurance unless cover and approval are valid, and nobody can override it.
Does the insurance section show for centres without NPHIES?
No. The insurance section and its tools appear only for centres subscribed to the integration.
WhatsApp and invoicing
Are invoices ZATCA-compliant?
Yes — compliant with Fatoora phase two (integration), with QR and automatic reporting.
Which messages go by WhatsApp?
Booking confirmation, reminder, reschedule, cancellation, centre apology, packages, absence notices and the tax invoice — each with its own switch.
Data and subscription
Where is data stored?
On Google Cloud inside the Kingdom, with daily backups also kept in the Kingdom.
Can I export my data?
Yes — a full copy of your centre's data whenever you ask.
