Your patients' data: in the Kingdom, isolated, encrypted
The platform runs on Google Cloud inside the Kingdom. Each centre is isolated in the database itself, sensitive fields are encrypted, and backups are daily.
Inside the Kingdom
The database, its backups and platform files are on servers inside the Kingdom.
Isolation in the database
Every query is bound to its centre by rules inside the database itself, so no centre sees another’s data even if a screen gets it wrong.
Field-level encryption
National IDs and sensitive data are encrypted, and the key is held in a key-management service (KMS), never stored with the data.
Encrypted in transit
Every connection is HTTPS, and passwords are hashed, never stored as text.
Backups and recovery
Daily backups with point-in-time recovery, and one centre can be restored without touching the others.
Permissions and audit
Each user sees what their role and branch allow, and every important action is logged with who did it and when.
Your data is yours
You can ask for a full copy of your centre's data at any time.

Questions about security
Does any data leave the Kingdom?
Client data, the database and backups are inside the Kingdom. A WhatsApp message goes to Meta only if the centre enables WhatsApp, and account notification emails go through the email provider.
