Do GOSI rates change every year?
Under the 1445H regime the pension rate rises every 3 July until 2028. The schedule is stored with its dates, payroll applies the month being paid, and the centre can edit it itself.
Do staff need a special app to check in?
No. They check in from the browser on their phone, and the system confirms they are inside the branch area.
